Etablir le early career research and talent hub, composant de la Research Training Academy en coopération avec l'université de Cologne, avec :
- le développement de l'offre de formation et la mise en place d'un catalogue de formations transdisciplinaire, en lien avec les partenaires européens, sur la communication scientifique, la science ouverte, l'esprit entrepreneurial, etc.
- l'instauration d'outils de de soutien individuel notamment pour le suivi des carrières en lien avec le partenaire VITAE
- le montage d'un projet MSCA COFUND avec pour objectif de recruter des post-docs à l'échelle EUniWell
Suivre, coordonner et reporter les activités auprès de la Commission européenne à travers la rédaction de livrables et la participation aux activités de reporting
Contribuer à la préparation et à l'animation d'événements et réunions d'information EUniWell qui ont lieu à Nantes ou au sein des universités partenaires

Establish the early career research and talent hub, part of the Research Training Academy (co-lead with the University of Cologne), with :
- the development of a training offer and setting up a transdisciplinary training catalogue with European partners, on scientific communication, open science, entrepreneurship, etc.
- the introduction of individual support tools, in particular for career development in cooperation with VITAE, associated partner of EUniWell
- the application to MSCA COFUND call for proposal with the aim of recruiting post-docs within EUniWell
Monitor, coordinate and report activities to the European Commission through deliverables and participation in reporting activities
Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of EUniWell events and information meetings that take place in Nantes or in partner universities
