Professor Cristina Nanni, Adjunct Professor, Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences, University of Bologna
 
  • Presentation by Professor Nanni Dr Nanni is a specialist in nuclear medicine and a radiologist with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in PET/CT imaging in oncology.
  • She focuses on the clinical applications of FDG and new tracers, with particular expertise in multiple myeloma, prostate cancer, adrenal diseases and inflammatory conditions.
  • Since 2010, she has been performing whole-body multi-phase CT scans combined with FDG-PET for oncological imaging and has been involved in LAFOV PET imaging projects since 2024.
  • She is currently head of the integrated imaging unit and new radiopharmaceuticals at the Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi, the University Hospital of Bologna.

Professor Vania T M Hungria, PhD MD, Medical Doctor at Santa Casa de São Paulo
  • Presentation by Professor Vania HungriaVania Hungria is an associate professor of haematology at the Santa Casa School of Medicine and clinical director of the São Germano Clinic in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • She specialises in plasma cell disorders, particularly multiple myeloma. She has led national clinical trials and participated in international multicentre studies.
  • She is also co-founder and coordinator of the Brazilian Multiple Myeloma Group (GBRAM).
  • Lecture and discussion session: ‘Bispecific antibodies in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma’
