[English below] Je suis spécialisé en géographie sociale de la mer depuis environ 25 ans. Mes recherches portent sur les dynamiques des activités humaines en mer (pêche) et la gouvernance des océans (planification marine). Depuis une dizaine d'années, en m'appuyant sur les Science & Technology Studies et les Critical Data Studies, je m'intéresse aux controverses socio-techniques liées au partage de l'espace maritime (pêche, éoliennes, AMP, etc.) sous l'angle des enjeux informationnels (production, traitement, circulation, (non)usage) et des enjeux de pouvoir associés. Terrains : Océan global, Atlantique (France, Europe, Amérique du Nord, Afrique de l'Ouest), Sud-Ouest de l'Océan Indien (SOOI), Océan Pacifique (Nouvelle-Calédonie). J'invite celles et ceux qui auraient des intérêts de recherche similaires à me contacter pour une éventuelle collaboration ou supervision (master, doctorat).

I specialize in social geography of the ocean for about 25 years. My research deals with the dynamics of human activities at sea (fisheries) and ocean governance (marine planning). For the past ten years, building on Science & Technology studies and Critical data studies, I have been focusing on socio-technical controversies dealing with the sharing of maritime space (fisheries, wind farms, MPAs, etc.) screened by an informational perspective (production, processing, circulation, (non)use) and associated power issues. Fieldwork: Global ocean, Atlantic ocean (France, Europe, North America, West Africa), SWIO, Pacific ocean (New Caledonia). I invite anyone who might have converging interests to contact me for potential collaboration or supervision (Master, PhD).
