My research focuses on the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on organizational changes within the financial services sector. I am interested in investigating the role of compliance solutions based on machine learning techniques and Regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions in combating money laundering and terrorism financing within banks. Currently, I am working on the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), such as ChatGPT, within businesses.
