Research topics

Applications: Absorption and emission simulations in complex systems, Ligand-Protein and protein-protein interactions, design of PPI inhibitors.
Methods: Quantum chemistry (DFT, TD-DFT, CC,..) , QM/MM approach (ONIOM, LSCF, EFP), molecular mechanics (homology modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, ...).
