Since September 2015, the prefecture of the Loire-Atlantique region offers a possibility to renew your student residence permit online.

The Prefecture will be present exclusively at University of Nantes' International Students' Welcome Center according to the following schedule:

For the 1st semestre : From Auguts 28th till September 29th 2017 :

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays , 9 am-11.30 am and 1.30 pm-4 pm.

When making your appointment (only one appointment is to be reserved per person!), please make sure to:

  • select only one time window
  • arrive to the International Students' Welcoming Center (15 chaussée de la Madeleine 44000 Nantes) at least 5 minutes prior to your fixed appointment
  • bring your full application, all the required documents (originals and copies). Your application will NOT be verified before your appointment.
  • If you are a student and you are married, please take two appointments online for the same time window.
  • check the list of required documents. Incomplete applications will be refused.
